Are you considering a MasterClass membership, or looking into wellness classes or practices to help with stress and anxiety? It appears that when covid began, we all went inside. Our habits changed. Everything from how we spent our money, to our daily commute, kids being home etc. Some of us underestimated the amount of activity walking to our car and around an office provided to our health. Some gained weight (more than some). Wondering when and how we would ever get out of this mess, it caused a lot of stress.

Wellness and stress related to work and health are at the forefront of discussions. Although it’s not great that so many are suffering, one thing that’s positive is the light that has been shed on mental health and the stigmas around needing support.

One of the cool discoveries I’ve made in the last couple years is MasterClass. At the beginning of the pandemic, MasterClass offered a BOGO (which they haven’t done since so don’t wait for that) and my Mom and I split the cost of an annual membership. When I first signed up, MasterClass had around 25% of the content that’s available now.

There are too many of those to mention, and some remarkable ones from Italian Cooking, to Vegetarian Cooking… all from famous and renowned chefs and cooks.

Why is this course included in my wellness list, and so high on the list? Look at the state of the world. How disconnected we are. How angry we are at one another. How we used to feel connected to our neighbors, parents, cousins, and now there’s so much division now.
